Paul Walker’s Daughter Is SUING Porsche, Says “He Was Burned Alive” And It Could Have Been Prevented

Paul Walker’s 16-year-old daughter is suing German car manufacturer Porsche, claiming that the Fast and Furious star actually survived the high-speed crash, but was stuck inside the car and left to burn alive follow the accident.

In a wrongful death lawsuit Meadow Walker’s lawyers say that the Porsche Carrera GT Walker was driving, crashed and broke apart and that his seat belt: “snapped Walker’s torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis,” which trapped him inside the passenger seat.

The suit went to claim that fire in the car did not happen for a full 1 minute and 20 seconds after the crash, but because Paul was stuck he ended up burning alive: “Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned.”

The lawsuit goes on to dispute law enforcement’s assessment that speed was a factor in the Walker’s death, claiming that the driver of the vehicle, Roger Rodas, was only going between 63 and 71 MPH when it careened off the road. Walker’s lawyers say that the car would have never careened if it had a proper stabilization system.

It claims that Porsche knew the Carrera GT had “a history of instability and control issues” and that a Porsche Stability Management System (PSM), which is installed on most Porche models, was intentionally left out of the GT.

Meadow’s lawyer, Jeff Milam, recently told TMZ, “The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn’t belong on the street. And we shouldn’t be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas.”
